About the Position

📌 Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist) to join a growing, high-volume practice in Laredo, Texas. This is a full-time, clinic-based role with OR access, offering a strong balance of outpatient care and surgical opportunities.

This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced physicians seeking clinical autonomy, efficient workflows, and excellent earning potential.

💵 Salary: $425,000 – $550,000

🔹 Evaluate and treat a wide range of ENT conditions (adult & pediatric)
🔹 Perform in-office ENT procedures (required)
🔹 Conduct surgical cases in affiliated hospitals and surgery centers
🔹 Provide post-operative care and continuity of treatment
🔹 Maintain accurate EMR documentation
🔹 Collaborate with clinical and support staff

⏰ Schedule & Work Details

📅 Full-Time Schedule
👥 ~20–25 patients per day
📞 Minimal call (primarily post-surgical patients)
📆 Weekend call: Rare
🏥 Setting: Clinic + OR (hospital/surgery center access)

Requirements

🎓 Requirements

✅ MD or DO from an accredited institution
✅ Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Otolaryngology
✅ Eligible for or holding an unrestricted state license
✅ Comfortable performing in-office ENT procedures
✅ Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
