About the Position

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment providing weekday daytime anesthesia coverage in a high‑acuity surgical environment. The CRNA will support a wide range of surgical services including general surgery, robotics, neuro, spine, burns, plastics, trauma, vascular, orthopedics, OB (limited), and healthy pediatric cases. Cardiac cases are not included. The practice operates at a Level I trauma facility with multiple operating and procedural suites. The EMR system used is iPro.

Shift Details:

• Day shifts Monday–Friday
• 12‑hour shifts
• Weekend call required
• Weekend call is beeper‑based with in‑house expectations for morning cases
• Call rotation includes variable duration depending on call position (ranging from 10–24 hours)
• CRNAs may be required to return for cases depending on call level

Coverage Dates / Schedule:

• Coverage beginning November 18, 2025
• Minimum of 16 shifts per month required
• Two weekend call days per month required (one Saturday and one Sunday)
• Ongoing coverage need anticipated

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Board Certified (NBCRNA required)
Active Florida ARNP license required
Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
No malpractice history or background issues
Agreement to participate in weekend call rotation (required)
Must meet prior‑employment and geographic eligibility restrictions per client policy
Willingness to participate in a clinical interview with site leadership
Average credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
