We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for an ongoing, full-time opportunity in Florida. This role offers a consistent schedule, diverse case mix, and a collaborative care team model. Providers must be available to work a full schedule each month and participate in call coverage. This is a high-volume, non-teaching hospital with a well-established anesthesia department operating under a care team model. The team includes a large group of CRNAs and physicians working collaboratively to support a wide range of surgical specialties. The facility handles over 1,100 cases per month and offers a structured, efficient clinical environment with dedicated teams for specialized services.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases
- Supervise CRNAs within a care team model (approximately 80% supervision)
- Participate in scheduled call coverage (weekday nights and rotating weekends)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all facility protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active Florida medical license required
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS
- Clean background with no clinical, legal, or pending issues
- Ability to provide 24 months of case logs within 5 days of credentialing approval
- Must meet all credentialing and privileging requirements
Working Hours
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
- Full-time commitment required (minimum 4 weeks per month)
- Call requirements:
- One weeknight call rotation per month (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- One weekend per month (24-hour beeper call)
