Position Overview

• Per diem pediatric dentistry coverage
• Typical cases include cleanings, exams, restorative, and sealants
• Patient population is pediatric only (ages 21 and under)

Site Details

• Average volume is 25 to 30 patients per day
• Solo provider role
• Support staff includes 4 dental assistants and 2 expanded function dental assistants, plus 1 clinical provider
• No hygienist on site

Required Qualifications

• Active WA dental license
• Medicaid credential preferred at presentation; acceptable if applied before start
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

• Estimated onboarding and credentialing time is 1 to 2 weeks
• Provide active license and Medicaid credentialing status
