About the Position

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

Location: Arizona

Schedule: Part time, 1 to 2 days per week as referenced.

Openings: 1

Position Overview

• Provide compensation and pension style disability evaluations.
• Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires and medical opinions in the electronic system.
• Typical volume referenced as 1 to 8 claimants per day.
• Complete documentation within 24 to 48 hours of the exam.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or completed required specialty residency training as referenced.
• Active medical license in at least one United States state, with willingness to obtain additional licensure as required by the clinic location.
• Comfort working independently and strong computer skills.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Credentialing timeline varies by site. Typical timeline referenced as about 30 days depending on provider responsiveness.
• Training and online modules may be required prior to scheduling.
