About the Position

Emergency Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Arkansas

Schedule: Full time coverage. Flexible schedule.

Position Overview

• Provide emergency department advanced practice coverage in a critical access setting.
• Supervising physician relationship is required as referenced.
• Broad emergency medicine skill set is required as referenced.

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active Arkansas license.
• DEA with Arkansas address and required prescriptive authority.
• Board certification as required for role.
• ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.
• Case logs and CME documentation as required by the site.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Credentialing timeline varies by site. Estimated timeframe referenced as 61 to 90 days.
• Vaccination and screening documentation may be required.
