Position Overview

• Emergency advanced practice coverage in a critical access setting
• Supervising physician relationship is required
• Broad Emergency Medicine skill set is required

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active unrestricted Arkansas NP or PA license
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC for NP. NCCPA for PA.
• DEA with Arkansas address and prescriptive authority
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• Two years of case logs
• Two years of CME documentation

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
• Vaccination and screening requirements include TB, flu, COVID, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, and Tdap
