About the Position

 All-Star Healthcare Solutions represents a facility in Missouri seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioner locums coverage.

• Weekends are required
• Provide advanced neonatal care in multiple NICU settings across a regional system
  • Work across three primary facilities
• Deliver care for critically ill and premature newborns in Level II–III NICUs
• Participate in in-house coverage shifts (12-hour and 24-hour)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists
• Support well-baby nursery coverage as needed
• Manage admissions, daily care, and stabilization of neonates
• Respond to neonatal emergencies and transfers within the system
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety
• Requirements
  • Current APRN National Specialty Certification
  • Minimum 1 year NNP experience
