Requirements Job ID: 3243302 M-F 8am-5pm Would like someone Full Time - they are down one Urologist and have another leaving in July Facility can work out call based on the amount of days a locum is willing to take per month The call schedule is 7a-7a Bread and Butter Cases/Procedures Full-time coverage preferred due to current staffing gaps Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults procedures and post-op rounding as needed Mix of patient contact procedures rounding and consults exact breakdown not specified Clinic hours Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM call flexible based on availability Typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with call opportunities Approximately 20 patients per provider per day 24-hour call coverage 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM Level III Trauma Center OR block 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM with no case limit Adult patients only 18 Limited robotic availability typically not available on urology days *Working on getting more information regarding the procedures * Unit Information: • Staff on unit: Practice Information o Provider: 1 FT currently o LPN: 2 o CNA/CMA: 2 o Other: 1 Patient Representative • Acuity level of patients: Outpatient • Number of beds: 4 exam rooms • Life Saving Certs: BLS NY License in Hand Epic Experience Required Must be Board Certified Ensure that the work history is up to date Ensure there are no gaps of 30 days If malpractice is involved dismissed or not we need a physician statement Please always include email phone for the candidate Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
