About the Position

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time position in a high-acuity academic medical setting. This role provides anesthesia services for a wide range of patients and collaborates closely with physicians and the perioperative team to ensure safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing prescribed solutions and administering anesthetics following established protocols
• Monitoring patient condition during anesthesia and communicating with the physician
• Performing pre- and post-anesthesia visits and accurately documenting anesthesia notes
• Participating in a multidisciplinary team focused on optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited MSN/CRNA program
• Active State of Nevada CRNA license
• National certification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Post-Master’s certification from a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred but not required
