Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and manage endocrine conditions including diabetes and thyroid disorders
  • Initiate and adjust medications such as insulin and hormone therapies
  • Interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans
  • Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle changes, and advanced diabetes technologies
  • Collaborate with endocrinologists and care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Qualifications

  • Board Certified NP (AANP/ANCC) or PA (NCCPA)
  • Active New York State License with prescriptive authority and DEA
  • Masterโ€™s or Doctorate-level training (NP or PA program)
  • 1โ€“2+ years of endocrinology or internal medicine experience preferred

Working Hours

  • Full-Time Schedule
  • Primarily outpatient with potential for limited inpatient consults

Skills

  • Strong clinical knowledge of endocrine and metabolic disorders
  • Experience with diabetes technology (CGMs, insulin pumps) preferred
  • EMR/EHR proficiency and attention to detail
  • Excellent patient education and communication skills

Compensation

  • High-Paying Opportunity: $135,000 โ€“ $150,000 annually
