About the Position

We are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a hospital-based role in Brooklyn, NY. This position involves managing complex cardiothoracic cases including A-lines, central lines, chest tube removals, Swan placement, and balloon pump removal.

The schedule includes 3 x 13-hour shifts with rotating days, nights, and weekends (7:00 AM–8:00 PM or 7:00 PM–8:00 AM).

Requirements

• Must have an active New York NP or PA license
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
• Experience in cardiothoracic surgery or acute care preferred
