A rewarding locum tenens opportunity is available for an Anesthesiologist. This ongoing assignment offers a dynamic clinical environment with a mix of scheduled surgical coverage and on-call responsibilities. Physicians will play a key role in delivering high-quality perioperative care across a variety of cases.

Compensation

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for a range of surgical procedures

  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-anesthesia care

  • Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures

  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff

  • Participate in on-call rotation, including overnight coverage

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

  • Active or eligible for Pennsylvania medical license (licensing assistance available)

  • DEA certification (required prior to start)

  • Strong clinical experience in general anesthesia

  • Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model

Working Hours

  • 5 shifts per week, 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

  • Rotating call schedule, including:

    • Weekday call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    • Occasional 16-hour call shifts

  • Schedule may vary based on daily assignments
