• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• Mix of office visits and procedure patients
• Two half days and three full days weekly
• 6 - 7 procedures on half days, 7 consults on office days
• Maximum 13 procedures on full procedure days
• General gastroenterology procedures required
• Coverage between provider departure and new hire
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
