About the Position

🌟 Night Shift Nurse Practitioner – Pittsburgh, PA 🌟

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Setting: Correctional Facility

Schedule:

• Thurs–Sat: 6 PM – 6 AM
• Every other Wednesday: 6 PM – 6 AM
• Minimum 2 weeks/month (full-time preferred)
• OT after 80 hours in 2 weeks

Requirements:

• Previous night shift experience strongly preferred
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• PA DEA certification
• Board Certified NP
• Active Pennsylvania license

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat individuals entering the facility at night
• Manage acute and chronic medical needs
• Supervise detox initiation with nursing staff
• Address urgent and emergent medical issues as they arise
• Utilize TechCare EMR
