• Monday - Friday 8 am - 7 pm, weekends 8 am - 4 pm, holidays 8 am - 1 pm
• 30 - 35 patients per shift
• Walk-in urgent care setting
• Family practice providers on-site Monday - Friday
• Experience in urgent/walk-in care preferred
• Minimum 5 shifts per week including weekends preferred
• 1.5 miles from local hospital ED
