About the Position

📍 Location: Bronx, NY
🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time
💰 Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually
💻 Work Model: Hybrid (in-person + telehealth)

✨ Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support for pediatric and adolescent patients. This hybrid role offers flexibility while emphasizing collaborative, community-focused mental health care.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide medication management for children and adolescents 🧒👦
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 📝
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and primary care providers 🤝
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment options, and wellness strategies 🌟
• Participate in case conferences and care coordination activities 📊
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR 💻
• Support the growth of pediatric and adolescent behavioral health services 🌱

Requirements

✅ Required:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing 🎓
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active, unrestricted New York State NP license
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Comfort with hybrid care models (telehealth + in-person) 💻🏥
