Join a patient-focused healthcare team as a Podiatrist, delivering in-home foot and ankle care in community-based settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bringing care directly to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🩺 Conduct comprehensive podiatric evaluations in patients’ homes
• 💊 Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, including wounds, infections, and musculoskeletal issues
• 🦶 Perform routine diabetic foot care, nail care, and callus management
• 📋 Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists
• 🗣️ Educate patients on foot health, wound prevention, and self-care
• 📝 Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements

• 🎓 Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program
• Active New York State podiatry license
• 💊 DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Experience with geriatric or homebound patient populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
