About the Position

Join a collaborative behavioral health team as a Child Psychologist, providing comprehensive psychological care for children and adolescents. This hybrid role combines in-person sessions with telehealth, focusing on whole-person mental health through strong collaboration with families and care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🧠 Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• 🗣️ Provide individual and family therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients
• 🤝 Collaborate with pediatricians, psychiatrists, school counselors, and social workers
• 📋 Participate in care team meetings and case discussions
• 📝 Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Educate families on mental health conditions and coping strategies
• 🌱 Contribute to the growth of community-based behavioral health services

Requirements

• 🎓 PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
• Active New York State Psychologist license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with children and adolescents
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and hybrid care models

Preferred:

• 🌐 Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in urban, community, or underserved care settings
