About the Position

🌟 Job Description

Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Orthopedic Surgeon / Physician, providing operative and non-operative care for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Opportunities exist to focus on subspecialties such as sports medicine, spine, pediatrics, or orthopedic oncology.

💰 Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• 🩺 Evaluate patient histories and perform physical and diagnostic assessments
• 💊 Diagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
• ✂️ Perform surgical and non-surgical orthopedic interventions
• 🩹 Set fractures using casts, splints, braces, pins, or other fixation methods
• 💊 Prescribe medications and oversee pain management and recovery
• ⚡ Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• 🏃 Coordinate post-operative rehabilitation and recovery plans
• 👩‍⚕️ Supervise clinical staff and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• 📝 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• 📚 Stay current with advancements in orthopedic care

Requirements

• 🎓 MD or DO
• Completion of accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency (fellowship if applicable)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active state medical license
