About the Position

Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Urgent Care Physician, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient urgent care setting. This role focuses on adult and geriatric populations, offering strong clinical support and flexible scheduling options.

💰 Compensation: $210,000 – $240,000 annually
       Full-Time or Part-Time 

Key Responsibilities:

• 🩺 Provide diagnostic and treatment services to urgent care patients
• 📋 Obtain medical histories, perform physical exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
• 💊 Diagnose conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• ✂️ Perform minor procedures: laceration repair, incision & drainage, foreign body removal
• 🦴 Perform splinting and casting for minor orthopedic injuries
• 📝 Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
• 📞 Conduct follow-up calls and manage communications with patients, pharmacies, and providers

Requirements

• 🎓 MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine (with urgent care experience), or Urgent Care
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Active state medical license
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Department
• 🌐 Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
