About the Position

Seeking a Vascular Surgeon for locum tenens coverage at a Level 1 trauma center. This role offers a mix of consults, surgeries, and hybrid OR experience.

Shift Details:

• 24-hour beeper call coverage
• Coverage Weeks: May 15–22, May 29–June 5, June 12–19 (1 week/month ongoing)

Work Highlights:

• Patient volume: 10–15 consults per week, 6–10 surgeries per week
• Residents onsite for collaborative care
• Hybrid OR and advanced procedural experience including APS and angioplasty
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed Size: 500

Requirements

• Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE) in Vascular Surgery
• Pennsylvania medical license required
• DEA registration required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days (temps available with clean file)
