About the Position

Seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage with a focus on both interventional and general cardiology call. This role involves inpatient rounds, procedures, and weekend coverage.

Shift Details:

• 24-hour call shifts
• May 22–26 first assignment
• Ongoing coverage: 1 week + 1 weekend per month
• Call includes General Cardiology on weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage adult patients in interventional and general cardiology settings
• Perform STEMI interventions (TEE not required)
• Handle rounds and procedures during weekdays
• Respond to callbacks on weekends
• Document patient care in EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE) in Interventional Cardiology
• Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC accepted)
• DEA registration required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Comfortable managing STEMI cases and hospital call
