About the Position

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Family Medicine Physician to join a multi-specialty outpatient practice across multiple locations in New York. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative and supportive environment.

In this position, you will deliver comprehensive care across all age groups, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing routine exams and preventive screenings, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate EMR documentation to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible New York state medical license
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Fluency in Spanish and English required

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings
• Strong chronic disease management skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
