About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician or PA for a locum tenens assignment in New York providing inpatient obstetrics and gynecology care.

This role involves:

• 24-hour in-house call shifts (maximum 48 hours per shift)
• Managing high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and VBACs
• Supporting and supervising a team of midwives with MFM backup available
• Delivering comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting with sleeping accommodations on site
• EMR system used is Epic

Providers will serve as the primary OB/GYN while on-site, covering both routine and complex cases in a supportive hospital environment.

Requirements

• Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE) in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active New York medical license required
• DEA registration required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Experience managing high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and VBACs
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and patient care skills
