About the Position

A rewarding locum tenens opportunity is available for an OB/GYN physician to provide in-house 24-hour call coverage in a hospital setting. This role offers a consistent schedule of approximately 10 days per month, making it ideal for providers seeking flexibility while maintaining a steady workflow.

You will serve as the primary provider during assigned shifts, managing both obstetric and gynecologic cases, including vaginal deliveries, VBACs, and cesarean sections. The facility supports approximately 700 deliveries annually and handles high-risk cases, offering a dynamic and engaging clinical environment.

You will work alongside a supportive team that includes midwives and access to maternal-fetal medicine specialists. A dedicated sleeping room is available to ensure comfort during extended shifts. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR for efficient patient management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license required
• DEA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN experience
• Comfortable managing high-risk deliveries and performing C-sections
• Ability to function independently as the primary in-house provider
