About the Position

A rewarding locum tenens opportunity is available for a skilled Anesthesiologist in a hospital-based setting. This position offers a balanced schedule with a mix of weekday shifts and rotating call responsibilities, providing both consistency and variety in your workweek.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team of CRNAs and anesthesia technicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of surgical services. The role includes managing anesthesia for approximately 10 patients per day, primarily adult cases, in a well-equipped facility with multiple operating rooms, labor & delivery, and cath lab services.

Candidates must be comfortable performing regional anesthesia, particularly nerve blocks for orthopedic procedures. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR and offers a supportive clinical environment designed to ensure efficiency and quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license required
• DEA certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques, especially nerve blocks
• Comfortable with call rotation and flexible scheduling
