About the Position

Seeking a Board Certified Electrophysiology Physician (MD) for an outpatient and inpatient locum tenens opportunity. The position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no call required.

The physician will manage a diverse adult patient population (ages 18-100) in both outpatient and inpatient settings, performing advanced electrophysiology procedures including:

• Pacemaker implantation
• ICD implantation (traditional and sub-Q)
• Loop recorder implant/explant
• Ablations: AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER

Work Environment:

• Support staff includes 1 clinical team in outpatient and 1 APP in inpatient
• EMR system: EPIC
• Hospital size: 270 beds
• Academic and private clinic involvement, telemedicine included

This role is ideal for a physician looking to provide specialized cardiac care while benefiting from a supportive team structure.

✅ Qualifications

• Board Certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Active physician license required
• DEA registration required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience in cardiac electrophysiology procedures preferred
