About the Position
A well-established and growing healthcare organization is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a respected and expanding practice in Columbus, Ohio. This opportunity offers a strong combination of clinical variety, supportive team structure, and excellent work-life balance.
The position includes a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities, with approximately 3–3.5 days in clinic and 1 day in the operating room. Physicians will provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including the opportunity to perform robotic procedures.
You will participate in a shared call rotation (1:4 to 1:5), supported by midwives, ensuring a manageable workload and collaborative care environment. The practice is strategically located near advanced care hospitals equipped with maternal-fetal medicine support and Level III NICUs.
There is also an optional opportunity to participate in resident education, making this an excellent role for those interested in teaching while maintaining clinical practice.

Qualification:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Clean malpractice and license history
- Interest in robotic surgery preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
- Willingness to participate in call rotation
- New graduates are welcome to apply
