About the Position
A well-established and growing healthcare organization is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a respected practice in Columbus, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong support systems and access to advanced technology.
The physician will split time between clinic and surgical responsibilities, providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including robotic procedures. The role offers a balanced schedule with approximately 3–3.5 days in clinic and 1 day in the operating room.
You will participate in a shared call rotation (1:4 to 1:5), with additional support from midwives, ensuring manageable workload and strong team collaboration. The practice is conveniently located near major hospitals equipped with advanced maternal-fetal medicine support and Level III NICUs.
This position also offers optional involvement in resident education, allowing physicians to engage in teaching while maintaining a strong clinical focus. The organization promotes a healthy work-life balance and a supportive, team-driven culture.

Qualification:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Clean malpractice and license history
- Interest in robotic surgery preferred
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Willingness to participate in shared call rotation
