About the Position

A  well-established, patient-focused outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, NY, is seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. This role offers comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within a supportive, physician-led care team. The position maintains a 40-hour workweek with approximately 34 hours of direct patient contact.

Responsibilities include light on-call phone coverage with RN triage, occasional telemedicine shifts on designated weekends, collaboration with advanced practice providers, and teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students. The practice uses EPIC EMR and sees an average of 18–24 patients daily. Optional involvement in hospital medicine or leadership roles is available.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward certification)
  • Active or willing to obtain New York medical license
  • DEA and ACLS certifications by start date
  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) required
  • Strong interest in providing primary care across all age groups
  • Not accepting locum tenens or visa candidates
  • Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted
