About the Position

A well-established healthcare organization in Troy, New York is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a collaborative and supportive anesthesia team. CRNAs can choose from a variety of flexible shift options, including 8, 10, and 12-hour schedules, allowing for excellent work-life balance. Optional call participation is available with a 1:6 rotation and includes post-call time off, along with additional incentives for call and shift differentials.

The clinical case mix primarily includes bread-and-butter procedures such as obstetrics, bariatrics, vascular, and urology, with no exposure to cardiac, trauma, or neuro cases. Providers will work in a team-oriented environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality care delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic setting.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (NBCRNA)
  • Active New York license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) required
  • Strong clinical and teamwork skills
  • Open to new graduates
  • Not accepting locum candidates
  • Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 waivers not accepted)
  • Not open to candidates with lapsed board certification
