About the Position

A hospital-based opportunity in Lewisburg, PA is available for a Gastroenterology Physician seeking locum tenens coverage. This role involves a mix of inpatient care, scheduled GI procedures, and occasional outpatient clinic responsibilities, supporting adult patients in a collaborative setting. You will work with on-site anesthesia support and a well-equipped facility using EPIC EMR, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.

The position includes morning procedural blocks, inpatient rounding, and ongoing call coverage, offering a balanced clinical workload in a supportive hospital environment.

Shift Timings:

• 24-hour call coverage (Monday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM)
• 2 weeks per month ongoing
• 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
• Procedures: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Wed–Fri, occasional Monday)

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
