About the Position

Join a well-established oncology program offering a balanced mix of clinic + call with excellent team support and long-term consistency.

📍 Location: Pennsylvania
📅 Start: June 30, 2026
⏳ Duration: Ongoing (Minimum 6-month commitment)

🗓 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
• Full-time coverage
• ~15 patients/day
• 30-minute lunch included

📞 Call Coverage:
• 1:2 rotation
• 10 nights/month + 2 weekends/month
• Light call volume (2–3 calls early evening, minimal after 9 PM)
• Weekend rounding ~2 hours/day

🏥 Practice Details:
• Clinic + hospital setting
• Adult patient population
• EMR: Epic
• On-site infusion center (14 chairs)
• Oncology-certified nursing team
• No procedures required (no biopsies, LPs, or port access)

👥 Team Support:
• 3 APPs + pharmacist on site
• Tumor board participation
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

⚙️ Clinical Scope:
• Mix: ~60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
• Treat solid tumors & benign/malignant hematologic conditions
• Community-based practice with full patient panel

✅ Requirements:
• BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology
• PA license or IMLC accepted
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year experience
