About the Position

Looking for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon interested in a high-impact locum role with a flexible weekend schedule.

📍 Location: Pennsylvania
📅 Start: May 2026 | Ongoing
🗓 Schedule:
• 3 weekends per month
• Friday 12 PM – Monday 7 AM
• 24-hour call coverage

🏥 Practice Details:
• Hospital-based setting
• EMR: Epic
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Work alongside APP support
• Manage urgent surgical cases (Cath lab to OR)
• Patients transition from ICU to home care

⚙️ Responsibilities Include:
• Handling urgent cardiothoracic cases
• Call coverage with light callback (approx. 2–4 hrs/day including rounding)
• Collaborative care with surgical and hospital teams

✅ Requirements:
• BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active PA license (or IMLC)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year experience
