Nurse Practitioner | Cardiology - Electrophysiology

About the Position

We are actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Electrophysiology for a full-time locum assignment with a consistent weekday schedule.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: May 11, 2026
• End Date: August 31, 2026
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible)
• Coverage: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Setting: Clinic and hospital-based

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide care in electrophysiology and interventional cardiology settings
• Manage pre/post-procedure patients and ongoing cardiac care
• Exposure to procedures such as:
  • Pacemaker & ICD implants
  • Loop recorder implant/explant
  • Ablations (AVN, SVT, Aflutter)
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team

Patient Volume:

• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Adult patient population

Requirements:

• Board Certified (Family Medicine or relevant specialty)
• Active Pennsylvania license (or willing to obtain)
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• DEA required
• Experience in cardiology/electrophysiology preferred
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Details:

• Academic and hospital-based environment
• Strong clinical support team
• Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days (temporary privileges available for clean files)
