About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Physician Assistant – Electrophysiology for a locum assignment with a flexible and consistent schedule.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: May 11, 2026
• End Date: August 31, 2026
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible)
• Coverage: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Setting: Mix of clinic and hospital

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Manage and support patients in electrophysiology and cardiology settings
• Post-procedure care and patient monitoring
• Exposure to procedures such as:
  • Pacemaker & ICD implants
  • Loop recorder implant/explant
  • Ablations (AVN, SVT, Aflutter)
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team

Patient Volume:

• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Adult patient population

Requirements:

• Board Certified (Family Medicine or relevant certification)
• Active Pennsylvania license (or willing to obtain)
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• DEA required
• Experience in cardiology/electrophysiology preferred
• EMR: Epic experience required

Additional Details:

• Academic and hospital-based environment
• Strong team support
• Credentialing timeframe: approx. 90 days (temporary privileges available for clean files)
