About the Position

A leading, state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Muskegon, Michigan is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly skilled and collaborative Anesthesia Services team. This Level II trauma center features advanced surgical infrastructure, including multiple operating rooms, specialized cardiac and vascular suites, endoscopy rooms, and dedicated C-section suites.Providers will have the opportunity to work across a diverse and complex case mix, including orthopedic (elective and trauma), gastrointestinal, gynecology, ENT, vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic procedures, pediatrics, and robotic-assisted surgeries.

This role offers a flexible schedule with a mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts, and no call requirement, supporting a strong work-life balance. The team environment is professional, supportive, and welcoming. Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates (including those graduating in 2025) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible through NBCRNA (required by start date)
• Active Michigan license or willingness to obtain
• DEA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Open to both experienced providers and new graduates
