Join a high-demand, top-paying Nocturnist locum assignment starting May 10, 2026 in a well-established 650-bed hospital. This is an ongoing opportunity with a highly desirable 7 on / 7 off night schedule, ideal for physicians seeking consistency, work-life balance, and strong clinical exposure.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight inpatient care for adult patients
• Manage 10–12 admissions per night
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients as needed
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA registration
• ACLS certification
• 1–2+ years of inpatient/clinical experience

🕒 Schedule

• Night shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM (some 8 PM – 8 AM)
• 7 on / 7 off rotation
• Approx. 14–15 shifts per month

• Confident in admissions and clinical decision-making
• Proficient with Epic EMR
