About the Position
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Neuro-Ophthalmologist to join a highly respected and comprehensive neuroscience program in Michigan. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established, multidisciplinary team delivering advanced care for complex neurological and visual disorders.
This program offers state-of-the-art technology and a patient-centered approach, focusing on diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the visual pathways and eye movement control. As part of a collaborative neuroscience team, you will help deliver personalized treatment plans while working alongside highly experienced specialists.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive neuro-ophthalmologic evaluation and treatment

Diagnose and manage visual disorders related to neurological conditions

Conduct specialized testing including visual fields, ocular alignment, and optical coherence tomography

Evaluate and treat unexplained or sudden vision loss

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including neurology, rehabilitation, and support services

Provide patient and family education on conditions and treatment plans

Participate in general neurology visits as the practice grows
Qualification:
-
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neuro-Ophthalmology (must obtain certification within required timeframe)

Valid state medical license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

DEA and BLS certification required (or willing to obtain)

Clean malpractice history required

Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing neuro-ophthalmologic conditions

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Open to new graduates (must meet board certification timeline)
