About the Position

A highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join a progressive and collaborative team in Michigan. The practice is fully integrated, offering seamless coordination between hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and outpatient services—all located on a single, convenient campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive Gastroenterology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Perform a wide range of endoscopic procedures using advanced technology
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Participate in a manageable call schedule (approximately 1:8)
  • Contribute to a culture focused on innovation, teamwork, and clinical excellence

Qualification:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (must obtain certification within required timeframe)
  • Valid state medical license (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
  • DEA and BLS certification required
  • Strong clinical and procedural skills in Gastroenterology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
  • Must maintain current NPDB report (within required timeframe)
  • Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
  • Not accepting Locums or visa candidates
