About the Position
A highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join a progressive and collaborative team in Michigan. The practice is fully integrated, offering seamless coordination between hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and outpatient services—all located on a single, convenient campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Gastroenterology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform a wide range of endoscopic procedures using advanced technology
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in a manageable call schedule (approximately 1:8)
- Contribute to a culture focused on innovation, teamwork, and clinical excellence
Qualification:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (must obtain certification within required timeframe)
- Valid state medical license (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- DEA and BLS certification required
- Strong clinical and procedural skills in Gastroenterology
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
- Must maintain current NPDB report (within required timeframe)
- Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
- Not accepting Locums or visa candidates
