About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a nationally accredited, multidisciplinary cancer care program serving a large and diverse patient population. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to advanced oncology treatments and technologies.

• Provide oncology care primarily at one location with coverage across multiple clinic sites as needed
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care in a team-based environment
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and experienced clinical staff
• Support a full spectrum of oncology services including infusion therapy, radiation oncology, genetic testing, surgical oncology, and clinical trials
• Participate in patient education, care coordination, and treatment planning
• Work closely with hospitalists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to a supportive culture focused on quality outcomes, innovation, and compassionate care

Qualification:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
• Active Iowa and Illinois licenses (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 3–5 years of Oncology Nurse Practitioner experience (RN experience not counted)
• DEA and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Willingness to travel between multiple clinic locations
• Clean malpractice history preferred
• Strong commitment to team-based, patient-focused oncology care
