About the Position

👶 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Locum Opportunity (Day Shift)

📍 Location: New York (NY)
🏥 Setting: Hospital – Level IV NICU

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for a part-time locum opportunity in a high-acuity Level IV NICU setting. This is a 13-week assignment with a strong possibility of extension through the end of the year.

📅 Schedule Highlights:
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
• Part-time: Minimum 6–7 shifts per month
• Flexible block scheduling available

👥 Practice Details:
• Patient Volume: 8–13 patients/day
• Team Support: Fellows & attending physicians on each shift
• High-acuity neonatal care environment

Requirements

💼 Role & Responsibilities:
• NICU admissions & patient management
• Delivery room coverage
• Case management through discharge
• Perform procedures including intubations, umbilical lines, PICC lines, arterial sticks, lumbar punctures, and chest tubes
