About the Position

A locum Physician role is available in Gettysburg, PA, covering a busy urology practice with both clinic and hospital responsibilities. The physician will be responsible for managing a high patient volume, performing general urology evaluations, surgical procedures, and hospital rounds, while collaborating with a well-established clinical team.

This role involves handling 40–70 patients per day in a setting that includes clinic, ambulatory surgery, and hospital-based care, with responsibilities spanning outpatient visits, operative urology cases, and inpatient rounding. The environment is supported by experienced staff and utilizes EPIC EMR, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow across multiple care settings.

Shift Timings:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift type: Day shifts (8 hours)
• Coverage: Approximately 6 weeks per month
• Work scope: Mix of clinic, OR, and hospital rounding

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of urology experience
• General urology skill set required
