About the Position

A growing outpatient healthcare practice in Clinton is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-supported team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to build a robust patient panel, work alongside a strong referral network, and enjoy excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time outpatient primary care, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• Join a team of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers in a thriving clinic
• Participate in shared call coverage on a 1:4 rotation
• Build and manage your desired patient panel, serving a loyal and growing patient population
• Collaborate with supporting specialties, including urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology, and hospitalists, all located on-site for coordinated care
• Work in a clinic supported by onsite laboratory services
• Benefit from a minimal commute (<15 minutes to clinic, ~5 minutes to hospital)
• Practice within a physician-led organization in a well-established medical group

Qualification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 2 years of eligibility, with plans to test) – Required
• Iowa medical license or eligibility/willingness to obtain – Required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history – Highly Preferred
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
• Visa candidates accepted (J-1 and H-1B) – Required if applicable
• Ability to commence full-time outpatient practice with shared call 1:4 – Required
• Not accepting Locums candidates
