About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Physician for a physical medicine and rehabilitation role in Canandaigua, NY, working in an ambulatory clinic and procedural setting. The position involves direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and performing interventional pain procedures while supporting a multidisciplinary care team.

The role includes performing procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and other advanced pain management techniques, along with clinic-based evaluations and patient management. Ideal candidates should be comfortable treating adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Shift Timings:
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Office call only after hours and weekends

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician – REQUIRED
• Active New York License – REQUIRED
• BLS Certification – REQUIRED
• 1–2 years post-fellowship experience – REQUIRED
• Interventional pain/procedure experience – REQUIRED
