About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Physician for a pain management role in Canandaigua, NY, working in an ambulatory clinic and procedural setting. The position involves providing comprehensive patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and performing a wide range of interventional pain procedures.

The role includes procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, trigger point injections, and spinal cord stimulator trials, requiring strong expertise in interventional pain techniques. Ideal candidates should be comfortable managing diverse patient populations in an outpatient setting.

Shift Timings:
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekend call
• After-hours call: Office only

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Physician – REQUIRED
• Active New York License – REQUIRED
• BLS Certification – REQUIRED
• Pain Management Fellowship – REQUIRED
• 1–2 years post-fellowship experience – REQUIRED
• Experience in interventional procedures – REQUIRED
