About the Position

We are seeking skilled CRNAs for a hospital-based role in York, PA, working within a medically directed care team model (1:3, max 1:4). This position offers exposure to a high-acuity Level I trauma environment with a wide variety of cases including cardiac, neuro, spine, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, GI, ortho, plastics, and robotics.

The role involves delivering patient-centered anesthesia care across diverse surgical and non-OR settings, utilizing techniques such as GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and ultrasound-guided procedures. Ideal candidates should be comfortable managing complex cases across all age groups in a collaborative clinical setting.

Shift Timings:
• 4–5 shifts per week (10-hour shifts)
• Day shifts: 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM / 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional night/weekend: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (as needed)

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania License – REQUIRED
• ACLS & PALS Certifications – REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred
• Proficiency in multiple anesthesia techniques – REQUIRED
