About the Position

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a hospital-based anesthesia role in Muskegon, MI, working within a medical direction care team model. The position involves handling a high-volume surgical environment (80–100 cases daily) across a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, GI, vascular, neuro, trauma, ENT, GYN, robotics, and healthy pediatrics.

This role offers exposure to a Level 2 trauma setting with multiple ORs, endoscopy suites, and procedure rooms, requiring providers to be comfortable with diverse patient populations including pediatric cases. Ideal candidates are adaptable and experienced in both general and complex anesthesia cases.

Shift Timings:
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Weekend coverage: As needed

Requirements

    Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED
• Active Michigan License or Compact License – REQUIRED
• Full-time availability (minimum 3 weeks/month) – REQUIRED
• Recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
• Comfortable with pediatric and complex cases – REQUIRED
