Perham is in the heart of Minnesota's Lake country for swimming, boating, and fishing. Many outdoor recreational activities are available in both summer and winter. There is also an active downtown, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions for people of all ages. It is located 70 miles north of Fargo, ND.

• Monday - Friday clinic hours 8 am - 5 pm plus Saturday morning clinic
